Insurance companies often require an insurance report when you make a claim. If your computer, laptop, phone or tablet or any other device has been damaged, and you want to make an insurance claim, Ed's PCs can provide you with an insurance report to take to your insurer for only an additional $69.

Please ask in store for any updates on specific insurance claim terms and conditions. Insurance claims where underwritten goods result in repalcement or write off (payout) will require a strict 6 Month quarantine period (at no cost to customer or insurer) before releasing back to the customer unless expressed permission for early release to is given by the insurance company. Data drives can be retrieved at no cost without expressed permission. Data recovery services are available but are not usually covered by the insurer.
